Home Energy Makeover
Baldwin EMC will select one lucky homeowner to receive a complete energy makeover, including new appliances and windows, upgrades to insulation, a new water heater and much more. All you have to do is enter the contest.
Here are the things we’re looking for in a potential winner:
• Applicant should live in an all-electric house (without a heat pump), not a condo or mobile home.
• Applicant should be a homeowner aged 18 years or older, not a renter, that has lived in his or her current house for at least five years.
• Home should have double-pane windows
• Home should be a single-family dwelling.
• Home cannot be leased or under contract to sell.
• Applicant will need to provide proof of current insurance and termite bond.
• Applicant must be a Baldwin EMC member in good standing.
Only one application per Baldwin EMC member will be accepted. Current and retired Baldwin EMC board members, current and retired Baldwin EMC employees and their family members are not eligible.
Contest deadline is July 30, 2010.
