ACSI Survey

Help Baldwin EMC take some measurements

Included with your May power bills is a survey composed of questions designed to identify how closely our members relate Baldwin EMC to the ideal utility company. This survey was developed and will be scored based on criteria established by the American Customer Satisfaction Index, or ACSI. This is the only national cross-industry measure of customer satisfaction in the United States.

For the past decade, Baldwin EMC has scored among the highest-ranking corporations who participate in the ACSI survey.

When you receive your Baldwin EMC bill this month, please take the time to review and complete the ACSI survey. If you don’t receive a paper bill in the mail, check your email for an electronic version of the survey.

Your responses will be kept anonymous and your privacy will be respected.

How to participate in the ACSI survey:
• Fill out the insert included with your May power bill. Send it back with your payment, or mail it to:

• You can also turn in completed surveys at any Baldwin EMC office in Summerdale, Bay Minette or Orange Beach.
• If you don’t receive a paper bill, you will get an electronic version of the survey emailed to you. You can fill it out online.
