You were randomly selected from cooperative members who contacted Baldwin EMC during the last calendar quarter (or three months).
Will this information be used for any other purposes?
No. This survey is to help Baldwin EMC evaluate the quality of the service we provide. This confidential information will not be shared with anyone outside of Baldwin EMC. No information is sold to any outside companies. No one other than your power supplier will know your name or where you live. However, if you do not wish to answer a particular question, please skip over it. We do not want any information you feel uncomfortable providing.
What if I can’t answer a question?
