Are you a current college student, or a college-bound high school senior? Are you looking for a summer job opportunity that offers you more than just a paycheck? Then we invite you to apply for our S.T.A.R.S. Summer Student Program!
As a Baldwin EMC Student Trainee, Ambassador, and Recruitment Specialist, you will:
• gain hands-on experience in a professional environment
• have exposure to the myriad career paths within the utility industry
• develop career (and life!) skills alongside a cohort of your student peers
• polish your resume and build confidence about the interview process
• interact with executive leadership
• and much more!
We have student positions open in the following departments: Accounting, Engineering, Facilities Maintenance, Fleet Services, Safety/Risk Management, Training/Development and Communications, and the Warehouse. Applicants must be a graduating high school student or a current college student, and must be enrolled to attend a college or university in Fall 2026.
The program runs June 8 – August 7, 2026. Application deadline is May 11, 2026.
