Baldwin EMC Presents Child Identification System to the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office

Baldwin EMC recently presented the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office with a digital identification system to be used within the school system and local communities. This is the second digital ID system the cooperative has purchased for the Sheriff’s Office as part of a partnership to strengthen the safety of Baldwin County children.

The Mobile EZ Child ID System allows School Resource Officers to provide Baldwin County parents with printed records of their child(ren) including digital fingerprints, a digital photo and vital demographic information.

“We were thrilled to find out the program has been so successful that the Sheriff’s department needed an additional system,” says Baldwin EMC Vice President of Corporate Services and Public Relations Mark Ingram. “Two components of the Baldwin EMC vision statement are safety and community involvement. This partnership is a wonderful opportunity for us to live out our core values to the benefit of Baldwin County families.”

The Mobile EZ Child ID System service will be available at local schools and community events.
